Black EcoPak + Venom Loowit 38 liter ultralight backpack
Black EcoPak + Venom Loowit 38 liter ultralight backpack
The Loowit is a modern take on the tried and true ultralight frameless pack. Bombproof construction does not have to mean heavy.
This pack is made with EPX200, Venom Gridstop, and Venom eco Stretch.
V taper pack width matches your torso, allowing storing of wider items such as tents high in your pack where they ride best.
Seams are bound and top stitched for extra strength and durability.
Weighs under a pound. On my scale, this pack with all the shock cord, y-straps ect removed it weights right around 16oz. This is a great sized pack for the weight.
"3D" Water bottle pockets let the bottle sit low and in reach. They also greatly increase the volume of the pockets, allowing you to store not only water bottles but other large items such as tents. I can fit a duplex in one of these pockets.
Stretch front pocket with pleats. Venom mesh stretch is extremely durable, especially when compared to fabrics like Spandura. However it does not provide quite as much stretch. To allow for expanding your front pocket capacity, pleats have been added to the bottom of the front pocket.
Ice axe loop, with elastic keeper. When not in use, it stays neatly out of your way. When you do wish to carry an ice axe, you can tuck the handle up through the elastic keeper, securing it tightly to your pack.
Side cinch shock cord for tall items such as tent or trekking poles. also great when your sawyer is attached to your dirty water bottle to secure it.
High quality Mincel 3/8th foam straps. This foam is some of the best I have found for rebound. It is commonly used in sports equipment such as helmets and shin guards.
Full length daisy chain on the straps. This pack is a minimal pack, and so does not have any built in strap pockets. However with the daisy chain the full length of the strap, you can add on whatever you would like.
Removable y-strap
Field Replaceable shock cord cinch bottle pockets.
All Stress points reinforced with bartacking.
