Detachable padded hip belt. Compatible with all our packs (any many others as well) Attaches with a 1" silk clip to 1" webbing loops on the bottom of the pack.
While a frameless backpack may not transfer the load like a framed one. You can still get considerable relief on your shoulders from using a padded hip belt like this one. Much more useful than a pure webbing belt, which mostly only helps with pack swaying as you traverse, not load transfer.
